Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how AI Agent Bangladesh ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our platform, and the information we process on behalf of your business ("Customer Data").
1. Who we are
AI Agent Bangladesh provides AI customer-service and commerce automation for businesses, accessible at aiagentbd.com. For account and workspace data you provide, we act as the data controller; for messages and contacts we process on your behalf to run your AI agents, we act as your data processor.
2. Information we collect
Account information (name, email, phone, business details); workspace configuration (catalogue, knowledge base, agent settings, connected channels); Customer Data passed through connected channels (messages, sender IDs, order and contact details); billing information processed by our payment partners; and technical/usage data (device, log, and analytics data) needed to operate and secure the service.
3. How we use information
To provide and maintain the AI agent service; generate and deliver replies; secure and authenticate accounts; process subscriptions and payments; provide support; comply with legal obligations; and improve reliability and performance. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your Customer Data to train shared models.
4. AI processing & sub-processors
To generate replies we send the relevant message context to vetted AI providers (OpenAI and Anthropic) under their enterprise data terms, which prohibit training on submitted data. We also rely on hosting/infrastructure providers and the messaging platforms you connect (Meta — Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp). 5. Legal basis
We process data to perform our contract with you, to pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, to comply with legal obligations, and — where required — on the basis of consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
6. Data sharing
We share data only with the sub-processors described above, with payment and communications providers needed to deliver the service, where required by law or valid legal process, and in connection with a business transfer. We never sell personal data.
7. Retention
We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. Customer Data is retained while your workspace exists and is deleted when you disconnect a channel or delete the workspace, subject to short-term backups and any retention required by law.
8. International transfers
Some sub-processors operate outside Bangladesh. Where data is transferred internationally, we use providers that apply appropriate safeguards and contractual protections.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted credential storage, role-based access controls, tenant isolation, and rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard measures.
10. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Workspace owners can manage and delete data in-app; to make a formal request, email [email protected] from your account email.
11. Children
The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
12. Google user data & Limited Use
When you connect Google Calendar, AI Agent Bangladesh requests only the “calendar.events” scope — to create, update and delete the appointment events you book through the platform, and to read your busy times so we don’t double-book you. AI Agent Bangladesh’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: we use Google Calendar data only to provide and improve this calendar-sync feature; we do not transfer or sell it; we do not use it for advertising; and no humans read it except where needed for security, to comply with law, or with your explicit consent. You can disconnect Google at any time from Integrations, which immediately deletes the stored access tokens.
