Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Agent Bangladesh (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for all activity in your workspace, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
2. The service
We provide tools to configure AI agents that handle customer conversations, capture orders and leads, and connect to messaging channels and commerce systems. Features, plans and limits are described at sign-up and may evolve over time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully or to send spam, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content; not to violate the policies of connected platforms (including Meta's platform terms); and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service. We may suspend workspaces that breach these rules.
4. Your content & data
You retain all rights to your Customer Data and content. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and lawful basis to process the data you bring into the Service, and for honouring your customers' privacy rights.
5. AI output
AI-generated replies may be imperfect or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing agent configuration, guardrails, pricing and policies, and for human oversight where appropriate. The Service is a tool to assist your team, not a substitute for professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
6. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Fees are stated in your selected plan and currency and may include applicable taxes. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
7. Free trial
Where offered, free trials run for the stated period and convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
8. Suspension & termination
You may stop using and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.
9. Warranties & disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections.
